Job Description:
Manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure tax compliance. Handle PPh 21 calculations, tax filings, and financial transactions. Assist with budgeting, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
– 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive industry
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applications
– Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation (PPh 21, VAT) and financial reporting
– Familiarity with new vehicle document registration and regulatory requirements
– Experience in reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies, and verifying vendor invoices
– Knowledge of invoice and payment processes related to vehicle registration
