Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the entire purchasing & procurement function to support business objectives.
• Develop, implement, and optimize purchasing strategies (local & overseas).
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers, including Mandarin-speaking vendors.
• Drive cost efficiency initiatives while ensuring product quality and on-time delivery.
• Oversee contract negotiations, vendor performance evaluations, and risk management.
• Monitor market trends, currency fluctuations, and supply chain risks to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and international procurement standards.
• Prepare executive-level reports, budget forecasts, and purchasing analysis for top management.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, finance, logistics) to align procurement needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing with at least 2 years in managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing international suppliers and large-scale procurement projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in English and fluent in Mandarin (oral & written) is mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain, procurement systems, and cost-saving methodologies.
• Able to work under pressure, lead a team, and manage complex procurement processes.
