Recruitment Staff PT Kao Indonesia

Handling various aspects of the recruitment process to help us find the best candidates for our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange & support all recruitment activities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate job applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinating the interview and selecton process with users
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees

Requirements:

  • Minimal D3 in Management, Informatics Management, Business Adm, Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably within the FMCG industry (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced using applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Karawang
