Responsibilities:
- Arrange & support all recruitment activities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Screen and evaluate job applications to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinating the interview and selecton process with users
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment cycle
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees
Requirements:
- Minimal D3 in Management, Informatics Management, Business Adm, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably within the FMCG industry (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced using applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
- Applicants must be willing to work in Karawang
