Project Coordinator Roda Nurmala

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and expedite project schedule
  • Monitor project budget
  • Learn our products and services and ask questions to engineer & principals regarding engineering & technical terms
  • Do case study on real problems on site regarding engineering or non-engineering
  • Mitigate project problems and reduce communication barriers
  • Prepare and review complete documentations for projects
  • Direct communication with principals and customers for managing project process
  • Coordinate across functions such as purchasing, logistic, finance, estimator, engineer, sales and admin
  • Responsible to the customer by monitoring the project process from beginning to end and follow up the supporting members above
  • Use project management applications such as Ms. Project or others

Requirements:

  • Mechanical engineering background is preferred
  • Experienced project coordinator/expeditor minimal 1 year (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Has great communication and filling skills
  • Agile and strategic problem solver
  • Has multitasking capacity with persistancy to accuracy
  • High computer literacy, understand how to use current applications trends for project management duties and documentation
  • Advanced Ms. Office skills such as advanced Ms. Power Point, advanced Ms. Excel (with complete formula), and advanced Ms. Word
  • Fluent in English
