Job Description
• Monitoring PR and executing PO based on time target
• Ability to source new alternative suppliers and evaluate the process
• Summarize PO proposal on bid tabulation
• Evaluate bid tabulation and suggest the supplier winner to superior
• Monitor the process of PO’s delivery until goods are received at designated warehouse
• Negotiate with supplier both using comparison or not
• Arrange technical meetings with user and supplier if needed
• Target / KPI oriented
• Evaluate supplier periodically
• Execute supplier survey if needed
• Able to implement 5R and SMK3L in working environment
• Actively contribute on improvement process
• Familiar with SAP (MM Module) is a plus
• Knowledge on manufacturing process is a plus
Requirements
• Minimum D3 in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Fresh graduate or 1–3 years of experience in procurement field
• Computer literate & fluent in Bahasa and English
• Good negotiation skills
• Commercial term understanding
• Male/Female, able to work in a team
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang
