🚀 Open Positions:
🔹 FTTX Design Engineer (2 openings)
🔹 GIS Analyst (2 openings)
🔹 Technical Drafter (1 opening)

🔧 1. FTTX Design Engineer
Requirements:
▪️ Min. D3/S1 in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical, or related fields
▪️ Min. 1 year experience in FTTX design or deployment projects (fresh graduates may apply for junior roles)
▪️ Understanding of fiber optic network design, capacity calculation, and route planning
▪️ Familiarity with design tools like AutoCAD, Visio, or fiber planning tools (e.g., NetDesigner, FiberPlanIT) is a plus
▪️ Knowledge of technical standards and specs (ODC, ODP, joint closures, active devices)

🗺️ 2. GIS Analyst
Requirements:
▪️ Min. D3/S1 in Geodesy, Geography, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related fields
▪️ Min. 1 year experience in GIS, especially telecom infrastructure projects (fiber optic, towers, backbone)
▪️ Skilled in GIS software: ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth, Python, and mapping tools
▪️ Proficient in spatial data processing, thematic mapping, and geospatial network planning
▪️ Experience integrating GIS data with network designs is a plus

📐 3. Drafter
Requirements:
▪️ Min. D3 in Building Drawing Techniques, Civil Engineering, Telecommunication, or related fields
▪️ Min. 1 year experience as a Drafter in telecom or civil infrastructure projects
▪️ Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Visio, and technical drawing standards
▪️ Familiar with fiber optic network layouts, ducting, manholes, poles, and supporting equipment
▪️ Able to translate field surveys or engineer instructions into accurate technical drawings
