🔧 Your Role:
– Enforce and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations.
– Ensure full compliance with national safety regulations and company policies.
– Conduct safety inductions, briefings, and awareness sessions.
– Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and propose actionable mitigation strategies.
– Monitor site activities to eliminate unsafe acts and conditions.
– Oversee proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
– Keep thorough records of safety inspections, training, and incidents.
– Prepare and manage all necessary HSE documentation and reports.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
– K3 Umum Certification (mandatory)
– Proven experience in construction safety, SMK3, fabrication safety, and/or shipyard environments
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Analytical mindset with excellent organizational abilities
– Proactive, independent, and a strong team player
– Eagerness to learn and grow in the field
– Willing to be placed in Kalimantan
