📌 Key Responsibilities:
– Manage employee data including attendance, leave, overtime, and personal records.
– Prepare and update HR documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and employment certificates.
– Assist in payroll and BPJS administration (Employment & Health).
– Prepare monthly HR reports (attendance summary, turnover rate, employee status updates).
– Support recruitment activities (interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, documentation).
– Assist in organizing internal training and employee engagement activities.
– Maintain and archive HR documents neatly and confidentially.
📌 Qualifications:
– Minimum D3/S1 degree, preferably in Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
– Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Basic understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS administration is a plus.
– Detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and able to work under deadlines.
