Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related field
- Strong administrative skills, detail-oriented, neat, and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Able to manage multiple documents with accuracy and timeliness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibility:
- Validate the completeness and accuracy of billing documents
- Create and maintain recaps/lists of billing documents
- Perform document archiving (filling in softcopy format) in a structured and accessible manner
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the finance department
