Qualification:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related field
  • Strong administrative skills, detail-oriented, neat, and organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Able to manage multiple documents with accuracy and timeliness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibility:

  • Validate the completeness and accuracy of billing documents
  • Create and maintain recaps/lists of billing documents
  • Perform document archiving (filling in softcopy format) in a structured and accessible manner
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the finance department
