Requirements:
– Minimum Bachelor Degree
– Fluent in English (speaking and writing) to effectively communicate with our expatriate
– At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or a related role
– Excellent verbal and written communication
– Strong organizatonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Ability to review documents, and reports carefully
– Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively
– Ability to identify issues and find practical solutions quickly and efficiently
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Responsibility:
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes (MoM)
– Manage executive calendars, daily communications, and travel arrangements
– Maintain and organize documentation and records to support smooth team operations
– Manage the procurement and arrangement of accomodations for our expatriate
– Utilize strong administrative skills to handle various tasks efficiently and maintain organized systems for the smooth operation of daily activities
