Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in multi-discipline engineering
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
- Proven experience in EPC, oil & gas, and large industrial projects
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and technical review capability
- Fluent Communication with English (Basic)
- Will be placement in Surabaya
Job Description:
. Lead and supervise multidisciplinary engineering teams across steel structure, EPC, oil & gas,
and infrastructure projects to ensure seamless project execution.
· Review, validate, and approve engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical
documents to meet project and regulatory requirements.
· Develop engineering execution plans, design basis criteria, and project methodologies aligned
with client specifications and industry standards.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors to resolve design issues,
technical clarifications, and interface challenges.
· Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with safety codes, quality standards, and
local/international regulations.
· Monitor engineering progress, manage design schedules, and ensure timely completion of
deliverables based on project milestones.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight to engineering team
members to enhance capability and efficiency.
. Support procurement and construction teams by providing technical evaluations, material
specifications, and design clarifications during project execution.
