📌 Requirements:
* 3–6+ yrs Data Analysis / BI
* Strong SQL + Python / R
* BI Tools: Tableau / Looker / Power BI (dashboards from scratch)
* 3+ yrs Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / similar CDP (MUST)
* Data modeling, warehousing, marketing & sales analytics
* Fluent English, strong stakeholder communication
