We are urgently looking for a passionate and driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our team and lead the growth in the Central Java Region.
📍 Placement: Central Java
🕒 Age Limit: Max. 29 years (Mandatory)
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
🔍 Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or Automotive Industry
Proven track record in managing distributors and general trade
Experience in marketing/trade promotion is a strong advantage
Strong leadership, Market Understanding, Analytical Thinking, and Communication Skills
