Your responsibilities:
- Turn inbound leads into closed deals through expert consultation and follow-ups
- Hit revenue targets while delivering a premium customer experience
- Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Leverage data & insights to maximize conversions
- Stay ahead with market trends in luxury watches
- Collaborate with marketing to keep leads flowing
- Host private viewing & offline client engagements
The requirements:
- 1-3 years sales experience (luxury retail/watch industry is a big plus!)
- Proven success converting leads into sales
- Strong communication (English & Bahasa, extra languages = bonus!)
- Hospitality or high-end customer service background preferred
- Familiar with digital sales tools (chat, email, WhatsApp, social media)
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Trustworthy, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment
