✨ Process and resolve refund requests (phone, email, chat)
✨ Provide empathetic and clear customer support
✨ Collaborate with internal teams & maintain accurate records

✅ Bachelor’s degree (any major) – fresh grads welcome!
✅ Familiar with CRM, Excel, Google Sheets
✅ Strong communication & customer service skills
✅ Willing to work on-site and on a shift schedule
